Organizational Behavior Tools for Co-Creating Healthy Communities

Never criticize someone unless you walk a mile in his or her shoes, and then when you criticize them you'll be a mile away and have their shoes!

There has been quantum leaps in the field of Organizational Behavior over the past few years. I want to start by introducing some really exciting new work from a recent enterprise called Organization Unbound, created by  Dr. Warren Nilsson Ph.D. and Tana Paddock.  They work internationally but are currently based in South Africa, while working on a highly innovative, entrepreneurial approach they call Expressive Change.  I’ve only been following this group for about two years, but I’m extremely impressed.   Locally, I have been Beta Testing their theory of small group sessions for change, for them, with miraculous results.

Another relatively unsung hero in this service is Ray Jorgensen and his Leadership Center.  Ray is a great story teller and includes what that ole Ladder of Inference component is in his teaching. The Ladder of Inference, as a quick reminder, provides critical thinking processes, without being critical.

The previous path for organizing behavior was control and manipulation.  This has dramatically changed for the better with Conversations that Matter, The Art of Hosting and Expressive Change.   Do you understand why?  Do you know how?  Are you familiar with what is required for real results?  If your thought is ‘maybe’.  If you are an Executive, a Manager, a Leader/Mover and Shaker and you feel strongly about creating a Core Center of Well Being in Community, in the Work Place, at Home, you'll want to join me here and experience the shift for yourself.
