Getting Real, Care to Join me. . .

I see that interestingly, we have created a ‘crisis culture’ consciously and unconsciously, but collectively.  With that is an addictive habit of negativity, fear based dramas, over-reacting, ongoing confusion with ‘saying one thing and doing the opposite’, and overwhelming projects produced for even greater chaotic patterns.

What to do?  First of all, it is important to note we are ‘bumping up against the same ‘tree’, set of trees, repeatedly.  Secondly, ask the question, ‘Why’?  To me, it doesn’t matter if the issue is personal or professional. . .the the paradigm needs an objective perspective and process.  Not always easy to get enough distance to see the forest without the objectivity, openness to a new prototype and paradox potential, but grow and change we must.

I’ve been in love with Complexity Theory, Systems Strategies, Universal Principles, Life really, ever since I found The Fifth Discipline by Peter Senge, Tom Peter’s, Peter Drucker, Deepak Chopra and Charles Handy back in the early 90’s.  Today, I’ve incorporated more new mental models by Russell Ackoff, Meg Wheatley, Warren Nilsson and Peter Block focused on organizational behavior.  They provide my Whole Health and a Well Being worldview with formulas for cracking the code and a language to articulate it.

Soulutionary Suggestion: I’m creating Authentic Circles with Thinking Allowed. . .The Conversation for the Cure here for greater Service Learning there.

A New View and Venue

Reality is a collective hunch.” says Lily Tomlin, in The Search for Intelligent Life in the Universe.  Wow, talk about a One Woman Show.  One of my favorites, as is the New Mental Models of Quantum Physics.   Why?  Because much of our past ‘absolutes are limiting’ and I’m a Liberation thinker.  For example: “An untreatable diagnosis is a statement about a Physician in the Allopathic Medical System and not about the Patient and not factual.  Actually, some might refer to this as ‘medical hexing’ because it leaves no room for alternative analysis or the unknown.

While moving toward more mysterious models,  problems have risen from more mechanistic thinking that sees a human being as a collection of separate parts rather than an integrated whole .  Yet we keep insisting on this archaic worldview.  Why, because it is what we have learned and believe despite formidable research and evidence to the contrary.  We know, for example that dis-ease on multiple levels, Physically, Psychologically and Spiritually, is a direct result of our separation from our deeper essence.  There is no question, for the most part, that our lifestyle choices are poor, out of balance, and often insanely over the top.   However do we self organize  or course correct rather than make an appoint to see our physician who will give us drugs.

Our essence comes out of the Universe, but do we have a unified Universal perspective or a highly segregated ‘localized’ one?  Is our Big Picture authentic, transparent and does it honor a wholistic homeostasis producing health and wealth in our world for all?  We have started Conversations for the Cure through highly Innovative Integral Incubators.  See Service and Treatments on this Website for further details.

Eco-logy

“Ecology” is made up of two important Greek words, each  a gateway to mysteries that lie at the very base of human life.  Its etymology shifts attention away from science and focuses on emotion, mystery, religion and, the heart.  If we would think of ecol-ogy as a development of the internal as well as the external life, we might deepen and humanize our relationship with nature,” Thomas Moore, Re-enchantment of Everyday Life.*
Eco from the Greek, oikos, refers to the human home, a sanctuary, even a astrological ‘house’.  Oikos emphasizes our need to come home to our BodyMind and Soul in this space, place and time.  Logos, the other part of (ecology) is full of mystery, sacred implications, but meaning “the study of”.
Today, I want to look at the tangible concerns of this term and tomorrow, I'll discuss the intangible.  To begin the discussion of oikos I ask you to contemplate the following questions.   What does being home mean to you?  When you are home, are you wishing you were back at work or is home the shelter for your soul?  Are you able to think of home as a sanctuary, the place for real genius, creativity, and synergy?  If not, why not?
While at home are you and loved ones happy, renewed, and empowered or is there a homesick  environment with people bored, unable to learn or lean in?  All signs indicate this society is not learning at a soulful level, and this is having a devastating impact on our ability to co-create a more humane world.  I believe The Conversation on this topic and more can be the cure we’ve been searching for and why Wellness Without Wall offers several Innovative Integral Incubators for it.  See Services and Treatments on this Website.

Innovative Integral Incubators - Integrating Forces from the Field

Forces will have been set in motion beyond the reckoning of the senses.  Sequences of events from the corners of the world will draw gradually together, and miracles of coincidence will bring the inevitable to pass. . .” – Joseph Campbell

The decision to commit to being your Authentic Self and follow Your Bliss, as Joseph Campbell would say, is a heroic step of courage.  The reason I say this is as soon as you decide to ‘Take up the Mantle’ you may also find Old Issues surfacing and  Personal/Professional blockages emerging, to test your dedication. Therefore, I strongly encourage you to travel this path with a peer partner.   Additionally, I want to create a small sacred circle around you.

I’ve done substantial American Indian retreats on everything from Vision Quests, to Sweat Lodges, to Medicine Wheels, and more .  I’ve followed Cherokee, Lakota and Hopi disciplines because of their emphasis on Mother Nature and incredible reverence for all living systems.  You and I will often begin our events honoring the Four Directions, integrating Smudging, and Talking Stick because this work has Multiple Dimensional meaning.  It is: Multi-Cultural, Multi-Disciplined and Multi-Sensory.

Healing into wholeness is open to showing emotions, which  flow freely here.  This paradigm, though flexible, has a confident presence and consequently, we’re playful enough to laugh at ourselves.  Last but not least gratitude, forgiveness, compassion and genius are absorbed easily here.

Pro-Active Communication for the Cure

If you have ever spent more than five minutes with me you will understand I do not separate BodyMind and Soul.  I’m confident however that much of chronic disease has reached an epidemic proportion because society has separated them and much more.  There are three important questions to ask yourself when your BodyMind is giving you a message labeled as Depression, Obesity, Cancer, Heart Attack, etc.:
1.     Why You?
2.     Why This?
3.      Why Now?
I was only forty years old when I dropped to my knees from pain then passed  out when I discovered I had the Super Woman’s Disease, ‘Severe Endometriosis’.  Fortunately, after trying every drug possible, major surgery took place, and I was recovering well.  However, I cried buckets, listening to my body in the healing process, noting my sheer exhaustion and insane lifestyle of unrealistic, out of balance personal/family and professional expectations.  This was a huge turning point in my life, as a disease of this nature can be for many of us.
When people come to me now, I keep boxes of kleenex handy because they have not done the BodyMind and Soul assessing or expressing required.  Rather, they have been numbing out with the usual distractions and addictions: Mountain Dew, Super-sized Fries, Snickers Bars, constant Cell Phone calls  throughout the day and later Drinks, Prescription Drugs, and Dinner, while talking about those Cardinals, the Weather,  Politics, or Celebrities.
I, a Social Entrepreneur, have an Innovative Integral Incubator alternative that includes Pro-Active Communication for the Cure.  If you check out Services & Treatments on this website, you will see the variety of ways we integrate contemplation into action for  change. If you would like current flyers and e-mail specials refer to  my contact information.  I would love to hear from you.

Are We on the Right Path?

Apparently, we continue to go to the Dark Side where, according to Yoda  Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”  Our own reality is a continual curriculum of LifeLong Learning and if we aren’t continually evolving and raising the bar, we get to repeat the past class. . .similar to Bill Murray in Ground Hog Day.  Today, our country is in one of the worst Healthcare crises of all times.  In 2009 this administration determined to make Healthcare a priority and called a summit meeting of experts in Healthcare  to determine the course correction.  The unanimous conclusion was Prevention Promotion would be the priority with a focus on LEARNING.  The way we have ‘edumacated’ people in the past about Well Being hasn’t worked, and we needed to do this differently.
Several months after this meeting The Oz Show began with daily TV entertainment on Wellness.  A Youth Health Corp was founded to get young people involved in educating young people.  The whole country was emphasizing Creating Healthy Communities in magazines, newspapers, the internet, and residential areas: Celebration Health, Canyon Ranch, etc.  So, The Field was bombarded with this Vision to ensure we would come together in a Shared Vision of New Mental Models and Systems Strategies to improve the American Lifestyle with an emphasis on healthier Body, Mind, and Soul sources.  "Do or Do Not, there is no Try!" (more Yoda Wisdom)
How are we doing?  The Well Being Gallop Poll has rated Missouri at a whopping 38th, putting us just above Arkansas, Kentucky, and Mississippi.  The present projected cost for treating just Diabetes in the US  is over $3 Trillion. Diabetes is directly connected to obesity and often referred to as Diabesity.  Obesity is directly connected to depression and depression underlies 50% of all degenerative diseases  including Arthritic, Respiratory and Heart.
May the Force be with You!”  -Yoda, Star Wars (George Lucas)

Searching The Field for The Force

Once I left home, I began a personal search for another way of being in the world.  I had no clue what that would look like, I just knew I wanted life for me and my children to be deeper, better and more meaningful than what I was seeing around me.  Every step of the Journey gave me a piece of the message about who I was and my purpose on the planet.  However, it wasn’t until I discovered this Wholistic approach that gave me the Big Picture Vision.  That  Vision began to make sense and felt doable.  I knew I could find communities with a Shared Vision of this Complexity Theory by Soulutionaries (as I call them).

These Soulutionaries are Top Scientist, International Leaders, Physicians (of) Global Medical Minds, Superior Academics from around the world, that are highly credentialed, researchers, and authors with empirical evidence of a larger Worldview, which  I will be sharing with you today.

"Can you see The Field" was my last comment from yesterday because this is key for me, or as they say in Proverbs 29:18, “ Without the Vision, the people will Parish" and  Einstein said, “The Field is the only reality.”  Now, as meaning makers, how are  we going  to interpret this and how are we going to talk about The Force and with what language.  Are we going to integrate the message for  all, or keep it separated as we have in the past.  And if we choose to keep it all separate. . .is that realistic?  Yes, things that make me go hmmm?

Looking for our Place in The Field

“How long have you been working here?” one employee asked another.
“Ever since the boss threatened to fire me.”

Can you relate to being so enmeshed in memories, regrets from the past,  that you seem to have no resources to take on the challenges of the day.  Or maybe you get so engrossed in the present day problems you can’t enjoy the moment.  Have you felt you are losing your grip on life?

It’s time to reconnect with our True Nature to stay on top of our game with some Self-Assessments:

·        Am I uncomfortable being alone or do I feel lonely?

·        Am I overcommitting myself to others so as to not be by myself?

·        Where can I best, deeply relax this BodyMind & be more whole?

·        How can I best respect, value and protect my Real Self?

An incredible movie for greater inspiration  today would be Legend of Bagger Vance.  Bagger Vance is talking with Capt. Rannulph Junuh a champion golfer, who claims to have lost his swing and says: “I’m talking about a game that can’t be won, only played.  Inside each and every one of us is our one, true authentic swing.  Something we was born with.  Something that’s ours and ours alone.  Something that can’t be learned. . . something that’s got to be remembered.  So, come out of the shadows, stand real still and remember.”

Now, can you see The Field?

Organizational Behavior Tools for Co-Creating Healthy Communities

Never criticize someone unless you walk a mile in his or her shoes, and then when you criticize them you'll be a mile away and have their shoes!

There has been quantum leaps in the field of Organizational Behavior over the past few years. I want to start by introducing some really exciting new work from a recent enterprise called Organization Unbound, created by  Dr. Warren Nilsson Ph.D. and Tana Paddock.  They work internationally but are currently based in South Africa, while working on a highly innovative, entrepreneurial approach they call Expressive Change.  I’ve only been following this group for about two years, but I’m extremely impressed.   Locally, I have been Beta Testing their theory of small group sessions for change, for them, with miraculous results.

Another relatively unsung hero in this service is Ray Jorgensen and his Leadership Center.  Ray is a great story teller and includes what that ole Ladder of Inference component is in his teaching. The Ladder of Inference, as a quick reminder, provides critical thinking processes, without being critical.

The previous path for organizing behavior was control and manipulation.  This has dramatically changed for the better with Conversations that Matter, The Art of Hosting and Expressive Change.   Do you understand why?  Do you know how?  Are you familiar with what is required for real results?  If your thought is ‘maybe’.  If you are an Executive, a Manager, a Leader/Mover and Shaker and you feel strongly about creating a Core Center of Well Being in Community, in the Work Place, at Home, you'll want to join me here and experience the shift for yourself.

Healthier Conversations increasing the Collective Consciousness

What we think, what we say and what we do creates our environment.  Research supporting this concept is showing up in cellular biology, social genomics, and epigenetic evidence.  Major studies demonstrate the power people have within themselves to change their DNA, Gene Expression, and completely rejuvenate themselves through community, should they choose to take it on.

Q: What did the green grape say to the purple grape?
A: Breathe you Idiot, Breathe!"

With effective conversation we learn to conspire with one another to co-create a better way.  Increasing oxygen through proper breathing techniques and humor helps to achieve our best performance.  Meditation has become popular because the more air we take into the body, the more the body relaxes and expands.  We can’t separate the BodyMind, therefore, all intelligence is greatly enhanced through this expansion of the Mind which is connected to every fiber of our being.  Because we are all more connected than separate, we can be energized or drained by those in our midst.

This may sound so simple and your mind may want to reject it, but I wouldn’t if I were you, because the opposite is true.  When people are stressed, not only is this very bad for their health but yours.  The group results become restricted as well because of their constricted BodyMind set and lack of spirit for synergy.  If our goal is Living into Wholeness now, start the talk emphasizing breathing, humor and red wine.  Cheers!

Whole Health Wealth Worldview and Economic Expert Evidence.

People are often unclear about Who I am and What I do, so I’ll take this time to further explain this WholeHealth Weath Worldview.   Like many of you, I love Healing with Humor, so I’m going to start there before adding finance to the picture.

Q: How many politicians does it take to change a light bulb?
A:      Two. One to assure the public that everything possible is being done while the other screws it into a  water faucet.

When we explore successful healthcare concepts from other countries, what we discover is a strong emphasis on nature, integrating healthy principles and practices, individual responsibility and greater self organizing principles in small group circles.

With further examination of healthcare in the United States we find major emphasis on the physician over prevention, hospitals over community care, high technology over natural adjustments and pharmaceuticals over agricultural concerns.

Our Healthcare System is economically unsustainable and has the potential to bring this country to its knees.  Furthermore our system is not the best for treating Chronic disease.  And yet, we are spending ‘Trillions’ treating (Physical, Mental and Behavioral Health) under this umbrella.

As the Facilitator of my Enterprise, the Very First Thing that I do is to stop telling people what to do about their Well Being and start empowering them to do what they believe they want to do about their own Health.  My intention is to have the people and not the politicians changing this proverbial light bulb.

LifeLong Learning Lessons through Experience. . .

LifeLong Learning is more about integrating contemplation in action.  How ‘Healthy’ is our place and how happy are we in that space?  Electromagnetic fields can be cleared, so we have a great deal more power over the place, than we might think  The following is a quick assessment tool.
1.      Can we bring more of the natural world in and would that feel better?  Do we need to rethink the smells and the sounds around us?  Are the colors peaceful and calming for everyone or designed for just a few?
2.      How simple and clear is the space from ‘clutter’.  Can we find things easily or is retrieving what is needed an act of utter frustration?  How can we create more order in the chaos?
3.      Do we walk into ‘Beauty’ or ‘Bedlam’ at home?   What would someone experience in our space with us, Serenity or Insanity?  Is there a space for stress reducing body work there?
Consulting the Chinese experts on configuring our home and work environments to promote well-being they suggest including as many Natural elements as possible. A point here is to rid our environments of as much toxins as possible and this includes toxic thinking and behaviors, which would be going against our nature!

Spiritual Sunday Sanctuary Session

“A Sunday school teacher asked her little children as they were on the way to the church service, “And why is it necessary to be quiet in church?”  One bright little girl replied, “Because people are sleeping.”  Now, we chuckle at this, but history shows, there use to be considerable healing happening with people sleeping in church.

Travel back in time with me to Greece, where Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine, and the temples provided a purification process for sacred healings.

Before you entered the Temple Gates, however, you needed to release your entanglement to the external world, so you were bathed, partcipated in fasting and other rituals of releasing the old, to take in the new.  Now, inside this Healing Ecology there were Spas, Fitness Centers, Small Group Conversations on the Nature of Life, and Fine Arts abounded.  We think often of the WholeHealth approach as “Evolutionary” because our lives have become so compartmentalized, and mechanistic.  Note, however, this was occurring in the 3rd and 4th Century BC.

POINT: The Intention in The Field today is to co-create a more  Whole Person Centered Well Being dynamic!  Therefore, the attention will be on The Power of the Place and creating more Sanctuary Spaces to share.

Sunday is Father's Day!

I noted in my last Blog, Bucky Fuller saying the definition of genius was someone who had the right Mother.  Now, I didn’t see him elaborate on that so I will from my perspective because I believe this is so important.  First of all let me be clear, I think all children have the Genius capacity and potential within them and that the power of family, village life can make or break this for a child.
When I was just starting my professional career in the church, I was clear as a feminist that for me, the women's movement was about equality and still is because without the balance of the masculine and feminine, the left brain and the right brain, we have a ‘half baked worldview’ on a good day.  I lovingly referred to as my Mother the Marine, my father was typically working two jobs or  24/7 building up the family business and without what I call the Village Life, I would have lacked the balance I needed as a growing child to become whole, healthy and prosperous.
Today all adults, in general, still need parenting, nurturing and guidance.  Our children need EXTRA care at every opportunity, so, I’m offering some points to consider making this Family Father’s Day a most memorable event for all:
·       First let’s de-emphasize the family hero worshipping and put the intention and attention more on the family as a whole.  Begin to draw out the leadership skills and responsibilities from everyone.
·       Next, we stop any critical comments, de-emphasize failures and focus on the Vision, the Mission of the individuals and this family as a unit.  Are we working effectively to empower the individuals and the whole family or not?!  Could we do this better collectively, probably so?
·       At these family celebrations, insure the activities are inclusive.  Are our youth integrated in the conversations?  Are our children are given sufficient entertainment, attention and focus?  Why?  Because adults NEED this youthful engagement as much as our children need our attention and feedback.
·       Are general principles of health and well being incorporated in the food, drinks,  dialogues?  Is there an environment of consistent wellness with a positive spirit, language and doing that feeds us bodymind and soul until we meet again?
The perpetual evolution of “US” occurs as a direct result of the strength and resilience we get from these encounters. Now take a quick assessment before the next reunion: Are primary attachments, bonding taking  place so all feel a fairness, love, caring and sharing is common place here?  Will the children remember that the adults helped them to identify their true nature, and manifest their dreams in community?  Did the elderly feel heard, valued, respected?  In general are these celebrations adding to the resilience, health and balance of each member and the power of family as a whole?
Robert Louis Stevenson says,
Life is not a matter of holding good cards, but playing a poor hand well.”

Innovative Integral Incubators

Before I built a Wall, I’d  ask to know what I was Walling Out, or what was I Walling In.” –Robert Frost
How many of us see the whole to include the space between things?  If we were to create Superorganisms what would they look like, what would their world look like?  James Cameron I believe was on a similar mind track in creating Avatar, however so were the billions around the world who attended this performance.
In Dr. Peter Senge PhD’s The Fifth Discipline Field Book, Chapter #1) Getting Started is “I See You”.  “A person is a person because of other people.” - The Zulu Tribe  In South Africa the greeting is Sawu bona which literally means, “I See You”.  If you are a member of the tribe you would reply, by saying Sikhona, “I am here.”  The order of the exchange is important: until you see me, I do not exist.  It’s as if, when you see me, you bring me into existence.
What a clash with our culture that routinely ignores people, from a society that said for years, “Children should be seen but not heard.”  What a clash with a country that forever refused to give African Americans and American Women a platform or a voice.  Well, times have changed thank goodness, because the mindset that created that mental model and global crisis today was manmade.
Bucky Fuller in response to what is genius said, “It is someone who had the right Mother.”  Well, like I said in my ERA speeches during the women’s movement, “We are not here to continue this endless competition or to overthrow this Patriarchy with a Matriarchy. We are here to get real, become whole, collaborate, and enjoy the economic experience of that equality.”  And from this Innovative Integral Incubator, we co-create more wholistic geniuses.

What Matters Most Conversations

People ask me about my Social Entrepreneur Activism and what that has to do with a WholeHealth Wealth Worldview or what this has to do with my WholeHealth Wealth Innovative Incubator Worldview.  So, first let’s look at some Reality:
1.      In the United States we have a 23.1% Child Poverty rate that among other developed World Nations is only 2nd to Romania.
2.      In the United States we have the (Highest) Incarceration rate in the world and we have the (Highest) Incarceration rate of any nation in history.
3.      In the United States 46 MILLION PEPLE live in poverty.
4.      Globally (17K Children) will die of starvation.  EVERY 4 SECONDS a CHILD will starve to death on this planet.
5.      Globally 1 BILLION PEOPLE live on less than $1.25 a day and another 1 BILLION PEOPLE live on less than $2.00 a day.
I could continue, but I’m going to stop here and say, this alone should be sufficient for any sentient being to conclude 'Enough is Enough'.  This should be sufficient to keep not just Mothers but Fathers and the entire Human Species up nights because Social Intelligence tells us, if we think we can continue with:
·        The chasm between the haves and have not, rich and poor in this country and around the world,
·        Declaring War anywhere, anytime, and causing deeper wounding, death and destruction, verses healing,
·        Showing no reverence to this planet consistently,
·        Living with a lack of Brotherly and Sisterly love/ balance at the center of human civilization,
·        Saying one thing in our Constitution, Contracts and doing the opposite routinely without consequences
that would  not just be naïve folks, but a Multiple Diagnosis of Mental Illness, Addiction, lethal levels of both Heart Disease and Cancer.  Given the current conundrums, this culture will not survive another century without systemic shifts.  We are severely fragmented, only seeing parts not the whole or big picture.  Therefore, in my worldview, this is the problem and the solution is to raise consciousness to a higher levels of complexity theory, systems strategies, then get that contemplation in action for real change.

Who are We. . .What are We doing?

As a Senior/Elder of this community my biggest professional role today is to help people make sense of things and to grasp what is going on in their worldview from both a shared vision from current concepts and ancient wisdom traditions.
I write on multiple planes but today, I’m focused on Individual, Grassroots Movement and Industrial, Main Street, and often both apply simultaneously.  For certain, I see my job as enhancing the social intelligence (the real) medicine wanted in community, so the people become the cure most needed now.
We have two issues that reflect each other clearly in my view and that is the over population and pollution of the planet.  Our human footprint shows we are way past the capacity for the planet to care for it’s people (providing food, water, and process waste).  The number 1.7, means we are well beyond the potential of one earth to support this civilization over a century ago.  Should China reach the same level of affluence and waste of the United States, the number will show we have doubled the pressure for any caring capacity on the planet.  If India does the same, the number will triple.  We will have extended the planets potential to care its inhabitance three times it’s normal size.
Consequently, today intelligent people can not rationally or logically, think we could just keep going the way we are and everything will be fine or that the future is going to look like the past.  This is true because humans, are doing the same thing to their own BodyMinds with lives pushed beyond normal DNA design.  People have more children than they can care for, educate, they are polluting these BodyMinds and the Spirit of the species is being squashed.  Can we see the similarity and the need for a shift?
Then, join me to be the Change we want to See in our World.

WholeHealth Wealth Worldview Commentary

We are in a highly Chaotic, Crisis, Change Culture and it is more stressful than our genes were designed to manage.  So, often, I hear people saying: What would God want from me, what would the Koran say, what would Jesus do.  I think as American Citizens we are all better off with deeply rooted spiritual principles at our center. Often it is good to remind ourselves of those integrated into our Constitution as they were written as the Vision for this country from it’s early beginning and though incredibly fundamental can seem almost impossible to apply congruently.
Wellness Without Walls created a WholeHealth Wealth Worldview for balance in creating Well Being.  There was a time in our development where we believed that if we took care of ourselves, then the world would reflect that and now we know this is short sided thinking because our societies are just too sick.  None of us live in isolation, however the disease is extremely contagious and it takes numerous positives to course correct the negative.
Talk with a human being down on their luck and though yes a smile is good,$25.00 donation is great, a shelter for the night can make their day, but this is not a drop in the proverbial bucket to get this human being back on their feet and into the world today.  Some will say to me, “Well this is in God’s hands now.”  Yes, but when God lives in You and you’re playing a video game, making dinner for friends, putting on make-up. . .some very bad things can happen to the vulnerable among us and do.  And so far too many today do as the gap becomes a chasm. This is then cyclical to us because how well can we be with so much disease in society?  Answer, we can’t!
I remember in my late twenties beginning to explore dysfunctional family scenarios as I had lost myself in mine.  I didn’t know who I was anymore, but I did know I was not happy.  What I didn’t realize then, but am very clear about now.  My anxiety, confusion, and feeling crazy was not just from my childhood, current family and religious influence, but the whole educational system, business structures and government.  So, when people question my WholeHealth Wealth Worldview today as ‘over whelming’ for them, as complexity theory on steroids, I say. . .hmmm, get a grip, get a life and immerse yourself in it.  We’re not in High School here.  There is no separation of systems, we don’t live in isolation and think we are going to survive.  This 21st Century existence. Wake up Rumpelstilskin we’re not in the 18th Century anymore.

Innovative Business, Social and Civic Entrepreneurship required here!
Healthcare and Jobs are the number one Domestic Crisis in our Society today.  We have an epidemic of Chronic Illness.  It is common for people to have multiple chronic illness and the prescription is different drugs for each of them that can not only each have side effects but different chemical reactions with the others.  This  unhealthy culture has become epidemic in companies.
50% of Corporate profits now go toward health care costs, versus only 7% three decades ago.  Companies can NO LONGER take a passive place with these rising expenses and reducing health benefits is not the answer.  Individuals today are not prepared to economically pick up the healthcare tab for the family, when their income  hasn't increased in decades.   Creating a Wellness Culture as a opposed to a Disease Management Culture is the only practical, rational and fiscally sound solution.
Healthcare is positioned as the number one cause of personal bankruptcy even for those with insurance.  So, in addition now to employees being required to pick up healthcare premiums, they are looking at even greater risks should they find themselves on a slippery slope say of: Depression, Obesity, Diabetes, Addictions, Heart Disease, Respiratory illness and Fatigue, but the escalating issues of degenerative illness.
Chronic Disease today is the biggest illness our country faces and they are all PREVENTABLE.  Yes, Heart Disease, Diabesity (Obesity & Diabetes), Cancer, Respiratory, Arthritic Disease, many Mental Illnesses, and many Behavioral Health issues Most are course correctable with healthier LifeStyle Choices and Changes.  Meaning our bodies have an intelligence of its own and when removed from highly 'toxic states and immersed back into more organic, nurturing and normal living make remarkable recoveries.

Wellness Without Walls is about creating a WholeHealth Wealth Worldview which emphasis co-creating Well Being for the Individual, for the Institutions resulting in Healthier Communities.  One of the ways we do this is rather than focus on the illness which we don’t want and set our sights on creating real Health/Well Being.  There are no absolutes in this world, but one of things we do know is that “Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure” –Benjamin Franklin.  So to hear that Prevention is not cost effective, then we must be talking about another type of prevention paradigm.  Because without question Prevention is well known to not only be economical, it is the most efficient and most effective way to prevent and correct Chronic Illness.  Therefore, I say what is unequivocally true, is let ACA, along with hospitals, pharmaceuticals, medical insurance do whatever they are going to do.  We are going to focus on creating a Well Being Vision.  WholeHealth Wealth Worldview has no side-effects, therefore no risk and because we customize each program to the culture, add a huge dose of cooperation for the common good, the ROI is always HIGH!

WholeHealth Wealth Worldview Elements:

Like more of the Highly Successful Whole Health Paradigms we focus on Well Being and LifeStyle Systems Strategies such as:
Ensuring the ecology and environment of the place and the people is energetic.  There is a spirit of what Disney called Imagineering in the air because something creative will be occurring each and every day.  When people ask you what you learned today, you can’t stop talking about it and the economic experience of that we know is ‘priceless’.

Emotional, Social Intelligence and Innovation is extremely healing to the BodyMind and Soul.  The Power of the place is important to us and this become authentic as the priority goes to the people.  Research shows in this area, Chronic Disease for example, responds miraculously well to environment, to the social intelligence of the group.  We are meaning makers and we are creators.  All that is acknowledged and set into motion here.

LifeLong Learning, LifeStyles and Leaders are priorities.
We want to ensure we are learning life lessons as not having to repeat them, but rather continually choose, change and create LifeStyles that evolves the human race.  With the intention to bring out the genius in every individual, we have a leader in every chair here.  No need for heroics, the people 'collectively' have the challenges covered.

If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother to teach them.  Instead, give them a tool that leads to new ways of thinking.”  Buckminster Fuller

We offer highly current, researched management tools  and the best wisdom traditions to co-create healthier WholeHealth Wealth Worldviews.  These methods are sure to engage the individual, enhance the institution and dramatically influence the greater community.  Our Dinner for Eight is an experience you don't want to miss.  Some say "Seeing is Believing!"  While others say, "I Believed it in order to See it."  Our intention is to share the Vision no matter how you look at it.
